Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Gather, analyze, and document&nbsp;business and functional requirements&nbsp;from stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate closely with&nbsp;clients, product owners, designers, and development teams&nbsp;to translate business needs into technical solutions.</li><li>Conduct&nbsp;requirement analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis.</li><li>Prepare&nbsp;BRD, SRS, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.</li><li>Facilitate&nbsp;requirement workshops, sprint planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings.</li><li>Support development and QA teams during&nbsp;design, development, and testing phases.</li><li>Identify opportunities for&nbsp;process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.</li></ul> Requirements<ul><li>4–6 years of experience&nbsp;as a Business Analyst in the&nbsp;software/IT industry.</li><li>Excellent English communication skills&nbsp;(both written and verbal).</li><li>Strong&nbsp;analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Highly&nbsp;proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.</li><li>Experience working in&nbsp;Agile/Scrum environments.</li><li>Ability to manage&nbsp;multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.</li><li>Experience with&nbsp;project management and collaboration tools&nbsp;such as&nbsp;Jira,&nbsp;Trello,&nbsp;Asana, or&nbsp;ClickUp.</li><li>Familiarity with&nbsp;documentation and productivity tools&nbsp;such as&nbsp;Confluence,&nbsp;Microsoft Excel, and&nbsp;Microsoft PowerPoint.</li><li>Understanding of&nbsp;process modeling and diagram tools&nbsp;like&nbsp;Lucidchart,&nbsp;Microsoft Visio, or&nbsp;Miro.</li><li>Experience with&nbsp;requirement tracking, backlog management, and workflow documentation.</li></ul> Benefits<ul><li>Attractive Salary for deserving candidates</li><li>Medical Coverage</li><li>Salary review twice in a year</li><li>Weekly two holidays</li><li>Provident fund</li><li>Two festival bonus</li><li>Quarterly Performance Bonus</li><li>WPPF.</li></ul>
