In this role, you will be responsible for building high-performance, scalable web applications using React and Next.js. You will collaborate closely with our designers and backend engineers to translate complex requirements into fluid, responsive, and intuitive user experiences. Experience: 4–7 Years in relevant experiencesSalary: BDT 70K to BDT 120K (Based on expertise) Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Next.js</li><li>Implement and manage complex application states using Redux or Zustand</li><li>Architect efficient data-fetching layers using React Query or SWR to ensure seamless communication with backend services</li><li>Create pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible UI components using TailwindCSS and modern UI libraries</li><li>Monitor and improve frontend performance, focusing on Core Web Vitals, code-splitting, and lazy loading</li><li>Work closely with Backend and ML teams to define API contracts and ensure efficient data flow</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and type-safe code while ensuring stability through Unit and Integration tests using Jest or React Testing Library</li><li>Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team's internal component library and development best practices</li></ul> Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, Modern JavaScript (ES6+), and professional experience with TypeScript with a deep understanding of DOM manipulation and browser APIs</li><li>4+ years of professional experience with React.js and Next.js, including a deep understanding of hooks and server/client component architecture</li><li>Proficiency in TailwindCSS with a strong focus on responsive design</li><li>Hands-on experience with state management tools like Redux and Zustand and server-state libraries like React Query or SWR</li><li>Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming to handle complex data integrations</li><li>Familiarity with Git / Version Control systems and Docker build processes</li></ul> Nice-to-Have Skills<ul><li>Experience working with or building reusable design systems and component libraries</li><li>Experience writing automated tests using Jest or Cypress to ensure UI reliability</li><li>Understanding of frontend software design patterns and micro-frontend architecture</li><li>Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows</li><li>Experience with Framer Motion or similar libraries for high-quality UI animations</li><li>Familiarity with SEO best practices and advanced performance tuning for web applications</li></ul>
