● Conduct end-to-end functional, regression, and API testing for web and mobile products to ensure stability and seamless user experience. ● Validate gamification features—including leaderboards, scoring logic, tournaments, payments, and reward systems—to maintain accuracy and reliability. ● Ensure smooth integration of Goama’s gamification modules into partner apps through detailed QA workflows. ● Identify, document, and track critical defects in Jira, supporting developers with clear replication steps and priority alignment. ● Maintain Jira boards to ensure proper task tracking, sprint visibility, and workflow accuracy across the team. ● Facilitate daily stand-up meetings and coordinate closely with developers and product teams for efficient sprint execution. ● Perform cross-device, compatibility, and localization testing for diverse markets. ● Improve QA efficiency through enhanced test documentation, reusable test suites, and structured regression processes.
