About

I am a Junior Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Daffodil International University. I currently work as a Junior SQA Engineer at RazinSoft Limited, manually testing live e-commerce, food delivery, ride-sharing, and point-of-sale products across websites, admin panels, and mobile apps.

I have hands-on experience in manual testing, test case design, bug reporting with root-cause analysis, and REST API testing using Postman. I enjoy identifying defects, understanding how they affect real users, and working closely with developers to resolve issues — given codebase access, I've also fixed select bugs myself. Before moving into QA, I spent a year in a software support role at Shohoz Software, which taught me how bugs actually impact users in practice.

I'm currently expanding my skills through the Road To SDET program, building toward test automation with Playwright alongside a stronger foundation in SDLC/STLC and QA best practices. My goal is to grow into a well-rounded SDET by combining solid manual testing experience with automation skills.
